At Jack Grafon First Aid Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Be unused
• Remain in the same condition as when you received it
• Be in its original packaging

Important Note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used first aid kits.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll take the following steps:

1. Inspection: We’ll inspect the item and notify you that we’ve received it.
2. Approval: If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
3. Processing Time: You’ll receive the refund within a few days, though the exact timing may depend on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exceptions: If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs for you.

Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used first aid kits
• Items that have been damaged or altered
• Items without proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number)
